Surveillance Audit 1, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by the auditor from Intertek Mr. Mohammad Muiz'zuddin on 29 September - 2 October 2024 at Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) Headquarter, Wisma Bintulu and PERBINDA Office. The scope of this certification includes Project Development Management, Service Maintenance, Building Control, Licensing, Rates Assessment and Municipal Services Operation.
The opening Audit started with a welcome speech by Tuan Haji Abdul Rahim bin Abdullah, Deputy General Manager of BDA followed by a briefing on BDA’s functions and roles by Mr. Hairul Hafiz bin Yusuf, Manager of Innovation Management Services (IMS) Section. Overall, BDA has maintained excellent achievements with no non-compliance (NCR) recorded for Surveillance Audit 1 (Surveillance Audit 1) Year 2024. However, there are 2 OFIs found for improvement opportunities
